Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 6-15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR processes and should be proficient in using HRMS tools such as Keka, Zoho, or similar platforms. Experience in IT services or consulting organizations is highly preferred. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the HR strategy to support the company’s growth, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Operations: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the companys business goals in IT services and consulting.
- HRMS Tools Management: Utilize HRMS tools like Keka, Zoho, or equivalent systems for effective workforce management, payroll, attendance, and performance tracking.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring alignment with the companys technical and consulting needs.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing grievances, and implementing engagement activities.
- Performance Management: Oversee the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems, conducting appraisals and setting performance benchmarks.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and create development plans, organizing training programs to enhance the professional growth of employees.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and policies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits, and rewards management to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Generate reports on key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and enhance HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with HRMS tools like Keka, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
